Malaysia Clay Art started in 2012 when a hobby turned into an obsession, which turned into a business idea. We’ve been striving ever since to supply craft supplies that are high in quality, yet affordable to the masses. Our philosophy is that creativity shouldn’t burn a hole in your pocket — because everyone should be able to express themselves as freely as they need.

MOLDING A NEW IDEA
As craft enthusiasts ourselves, we were dissatisfied by the lack of quality, limited stock, and high prices in local craft shops. We rolled up our sleeves and took things into our own hands — thus, Malaysia Clay Art was born.

We started out with just sourcing for better polymer clay. Before long, our inventory overflowed with clay, art tools, and other materials. Meanwhile, our business grew and grew.By 2014, we had outgrown the humble home in which we had first built our venture. We moved into a cosy warehouse in Ampang, where our supplies are still housed today.

MODELLING OUR BUSINESS
We operate on a 100% e-commerce model, which allows us to cut down on the unnecessary markups and costs of retail. We believe that the noblest part about our art is that it makes others happy, which is why we want to be able to bring honest prices to our customers.
